American Idol
I won’t ruin who the winner is in case you haven’t seen it yet but just know that the person that won is the person that I wanted to win. More importantly though…why was David Hassellhoff crying when the winner was announced. WEIRD-O. And is Prince’s career on such rocks that he needs to come on American Idol? I mean, I like the show, right, but I also realize that it is no masterpiece. Also very strange. By the way I was just curious to see how long it would take cnn.com to update their first page announcing the new Idol. It took about 1 minute from when the words left Ryan’s mouth. Impressive.

It’s hard to avoid knowing the winner because all of the news sources pounce on it! I didn’t watch Tuesday night’s show until Wednesday, so I had to make sure I didn’t flip any channels before I watched the finale later that evening. I was pleased with the results as well. I can’t believe how long they can drag out telling us who the winner is! Crazy.

I enjoyed watching the finale with you! However, I’m glad that I missed the Prince portion of the show – he’s one of my least favorite artists.
I couldn’t believe they waited until the very last minute of the show to announce the winner. It is crazy!

Didn’t you hear that Rod Stewart’s new album sold millions more copies after he appeared on Idol? Now do you need to ask Prince’s motivation? (I’m so glad he goes by Prince again.)
That David Hasselhoff shot was hilarious. I think he’s had a successful album in Germany or something, so he thinks he and Taylor are, like, soul mates.
